Quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing. A booking is accepted only after we confirm the service, route, charges, and collection or dispatch arrangements.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful packaging, accurate declarations, required permits, duties, taxes, and any information needed for customs or security clearance. Restricted or prohibited cargo must not be tendered.
Delivery and tracking
Transit times and tracking updates are operational estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, carriers, customs, authorities, force majeure, or incomplete documentation may affect delivery.
Liability and claims
Any liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed carriage terms. Notify us promptly of loss, damage, or a delivery concern so that we can review the shipment record.
